Yin Yoga focuses on deep stretching of the muscles and joints to release tension and lengthen fascia surrounding the hip, spine, shoulders & chest.
Yin Yoga classes involve focusing on the breath to help let go of tension throughout the body, calm the mind & melt away the stresses, blocks & stagnant energies of daily lives…..
It also restores energy & calms the nervous system.

This class is suitable for solute beginners, to advanced yogis or seasoned athletes looking at deeper flexibility.

explore crystals, tune into their emotions, swing into HEADSTANDS mindful movements through dance & more & increase FLEXIBILITY.
In this fun and relaxing classes we explore mindful movements(yoga), building self awareness and self soothing skills (meditation & crystals)
We begin the class with yoga to calm and clear kids minds, encouraging them to become aware of their bodies in a positive way and slowing down their breaths to build self awareness and intuition.
↠We guide them with easy fun meditation.
↠yoga & learn how to do headstands & shoulderstand safely
↠They will learn about Crystals that can help in times anxiety/stress/worry.
↠ mindfulness through art

Pls note kids will sit on the floor on yoga mats, so pls dress them in comfortable clothes that allow movement.
No food allowed during classes.
